Appointment Reservations & Cancellations
At Beyond Skin Aesthetics, we want to make sure we are providing each and every patient with our very best, and the time needed to address all of your skin, beauty, and health concerns within our aesthetics services. In order to ensure our office is able to meet your needs, we have enacted a policy in regards to appointments and cancellations.
Effective 3/15/19, appointments made for any future dates will be reserved via major credit/debit card. No fee will be assessed before the appointment, only held. As a courtesy to our providers, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appt time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.
There will be no exceptions to these policies.
Consultations with our physicians will be assessed a $50 fee at the time of your appointment. Should your consultation move forward with service/treatment, the $50 will be applied to the cost of any services. Should you choose not to move forward with any services, the $50 may also be applied to any of our retail items. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Consultations with our aestheticians, nurses, and other personnel will remain free of charge.
Pricing of Services and Products
Pricing for services and products are subject to change.
Promotional pricing (sales and offers) are available for prepayment to guarantee pricing. Prepaid services and products are available for redemption for up to 1 calendar year after purchase date. Beyond Skin Aesthetics utilizes Groupon services to reach new clients, and allow previous clients a chance to try new services at a discounted rate. Groupons are for new clients only, or for clients new to a service at Beyond Skin Aesthetics – 1 Groupon per client.
Additional vouchers may not be accepted, and may be refunded via Groupon according to the policies stated by Groupon and any fine print associated with each voucher.
Groupon’s policies are always in effect for vouchers purchased with them. Beyond Skin Aesthetics is unable to match Groupon pricing or sales in office.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointments scheduled subject to our cancellation fee outlined in appointment reservations and cancellations, Packages purchased may be subject to redemption of one session.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with any retail product purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Unfulfilled prepayments are refundable for 48 hours after purchase.
Services received can not be refunded.
